本案位于浙江省温州市龙湾区，比邻温州大道，项目周围道路待建，距离温州龙湾机场约8km，交通便利；周边有大罗山风景区，城市公园等，北面有温州湾水系，自然景观条件优渥；5km生活圈内有万达广场，生活配套设施完整；5km生活圈内有温州城市大学，教育资源良好。

MEET THE LEAF

本案位于温州市龙湾区，据山海古籍《山海经》记载，古时为瓯海，故此，我们将设计的故事背景定为山海一隅；项目主路永振路上现存一颗古榕树，成为特色景观将作为保留，借取古榕树的一片落叶，恰如一枕轻舟飘落辗转，最终落成，契合示范区建筑立面形象.

This case is located in Longwan District, Wenzhou City. According to Shanhai ancient book Shanhaijing, it was Ouhai in ancient times;There is an ancient banyan tree on Yongzhen Road, the main road of the project. It will be preserved as a characteristic landscape. A piece of fallen leaves of the ancient banyan tree will be borrowed, just like a pillow boat floating around, and finally completed, which conforms to the building facade image of the demonstration area.

A TOUR OF MonUNTAINS AND SEAS

山海行舟，别有天地应运而生，由一叶扁舟承载，漂流在此刻的山海之境中，利用五重空间的开合变化打造动静相生的不同主题空间。

Mountain and sea boating, unique world came into being. It was carried by a paddle boat and drifted in the mountain and sea at the moment. It made use of the opening and closing changes of five space to create different theme spaces of dynamic and static interaction.

入口门头采用起翘的叶片造型，宛如门前矗立的古榕，被风卷起一片叶，也被风携着，来到此处，开启一场山水行舟的奇旅。

The entrance door adopts the shape of the leaves that are warped, just like the ancient banyan standing in front of the door. It is rolled up by the wind and carried by the wind. When you come here, you can start a wonderful journey of landscape boating.

进入第二境空间，园路弯曲转折，一侧伴以流水缓缓环绕，行于此处，犹如缓步山涧溪水之上。

Entering the second space, the garden road bends and turns, and one side is surrounded by flowing water. Walking here is like walking on the mountain stream.

第三重空间选用浮光为主题，有豁然开朗之感，而它又像一粒微光跳动在山海的每个角落，洒落在天地的日月星辉中，行到浮光回廊方知寰宇微光同样在心中熠熠生辉。

The third space uses floating light as the theme, which has a sudden sense of light. It is like a tiny light bouncing in every corner of the mountain and sea, falling in the sun, moon and stars of heaven and earth. When you walk to the floating light corridor, you will know that the light of the world is also shining in your heart.

扁舟靠岸，一路飘过春秋冬夏，淌过山川河泽，如镜的水面呈着万物生长，倒映着天长地久，面上放置金属线条的船形雕塑，点明闲梦系舟的空间主题。

The boat comes to the shore and floats all the way through the spring and autumn, winter and summer, and flows through the mountains and rivers. The mirror like water surface shows the growth of all things, reflecting the everlasting. The boat shaped sculpture with metal lines on the surface reveals the spatial theme of leisure dream is a boat.

绿茵如云，繁花嵌落，家是归途的期待；对于家，每个人对它都有期待，对于样板区的打造，只要着手于氛围的渲染，利用丰富的植物搭配营造温馨的归途。
