Project Overview
中海九樾府地处华山片区，靠近小清河、北卧牛山、华山、华山湖等自然景观，坐拥天然植被负氧离子浸润的独特资源优势。设计师以尊重场地、尊重原生之美为设计原则，保留原场地的地势高差，利用这一特征，打造独特的社区景观。
Zhonghai Jiuyue Mansion is located in the Huashan area, close to the Xiaoqing River, Beiwuniu Mountain, Huashan Mountain, Huashan Lake and other natural landscapes. It has the unique resource advantage of natural vegetation infiltration by negative oxygen ions. The designer takes the design principles of respecting the site and respecting the original beauty, keeping the topography of the original site, and using this feature to create a unique community landscape.
/ 景观设计解析/
Detailed Iandscape Design
外侧人行道与内部园区存在9米的落差，如何利用高差形成鲜明有力的城市界面，同时在喧闹中创造一个宁静而精致的体验场所，成为设计首要考虑的问题。
There is a 9-meter drop between the outer sidewalk and the inner park. How to use the height difference to form a clear and powerful urban interface, and at the same time creating a quiet and exquisite experience place in the noisy, Itbecomes the primary consideration in design.
门庭知礼序，入口府门方正挺拔，整合了地下车库出入口、人行出入口、商铺等多种功能需求。立面上采用统一的石材与金属装饰条和清透干净的玻璃幕墙，形象界面整齐统一。
The door court knows the order of rituals, and the entrance gate is square and straight, integrating various functional requirements such as underground garage entrances and exits, pedestrian entrances and exits, and shops. The facade adopts uniform stone and metal decorative strips and clear and clean glass curtain wall, and the image interface is neat and unified.
入口景墙与建筑微斜的角度暗示性的迎接和指引人们归家的脚步。
The slightly inclined angle between the entrance wall and the building suggestively welcomes and guides peoples steps back home.
昭示性的金属LOGO标识，让业主产生极强的归属感.
Significant luminous metal LOGO logo, so that the owner has a strong sense of belonging
穿越入口府门，两侧是一系列具有引导性精致大气的金属格栅墙与波光粼粼的涌泉，整个动线清晰流畅，使进入场地的人们自然而然融入其中，体验到满满的归家仪式感。
Passing through the entrance gate, there are a series of guiding and exquisite metal grille walls and sparkling springs on both sides, the whole movement is clear and smooth, so that people entering the site naturally blend in and experience a strong homecoming Sense of ritual.

对景为一棵造型独特的迎客松，树前的质朴的黑山石上流淌着一泓清泉，泉声入耳，晚风吹拂，城市的喧嚣被阻隔于外。
The opposite scene is a uniquely shaped welcoming pine. There is a clear spring flowing on the pristine Black Mountain stone in front of the tree. The sound of the spring is heard, the evening breeze blows, and the hustle and bustle of the city is blocked.
转过半掩的格栅墙，是层层叠叠优雅归家台地景观原有场地高差达6米，设计师借助景观的手法，解决高差问题的同时，将这一特殊的场地条件处理为该项目的独特亮点，提升行走体验，提供更多创造惊喜的可能。
Turning over the half-hidden grille wall, it is the landscape of the elegant home terrace.The original site has a height difference of 6 meters. The designer uses landscape techniques to solve the problem of height difference while treating this special site condition as a unique highlight of the project, enhancing the walking experience and providing more possibilities for creating surprises.
台阶的步道曲折蜿蜒向下，点缀柔软细腻的地被，与精心设计的跌水水景，空间层次丰富、生机盎然。
The steps of the trail meandering downwards, dotted with soft and delicate ground covers, and carefully designed overlapping water sceneries, the space is rich in layers and full of vitality.
Vertical elevators efficiently connect up and down while ensuring barrier-free traffic
自动扶梯空间内，光影与视线的穿透灵动而自然，穿堂而过的微风，飞溅而落的泉声，带来些许的悠闲与遐想，由下而上、由收到放的空间感为园中的穿行创造了更多的惊喜，增加归家的仪式体验。
In the escalator space, the penetration of light, shadow and sight is flexible and natural, the breeze passing through the hall, and the sound of splashing and falling springs bring a little leisure and reverie. The sense of space from the bottom to the top and from the reception is a garden. The walk in the middle creates more surprises and increases the ritual experience of returning home
自入口扶梯而上，映入眼帘的是融于环境中的下沉式双层定制化社区会客厅，会客厅分上下两层使用空间，以圆形水景作为内庭的中心景观，色调简洁自然
From the entrance escalator up, what you see is the sunken double-layer customized community living room integrated into the environment.The living room is divided into upper and lower floors. The circular waterscape is used as the central view of the inner courtyard. The color is simple and natural.
会客厅下层满足业主户外会客、周末小聚的需求，布置书桌、书架、绿植等配套设施，一年四季感受阳光与自然的亲昵
The lower level of the living room meets the needs of the owners for outdoor meetings and weekend gatherings. It is equipped with desks, bookshelves, green plants and other supporting facilities to feel the intimacy of sunshine and nature throughout the year.
中心布置的是一汪如镜的水面，生长于水中的斜飘树，独木成景，摇曳生姿，自然野趣

Go up the elegant spiral staircase
The upper floor serves as a viewing space, with a birds-eye view of the whole garden
入户两侧的植物空间精心布置，使得居住富有诗意感，归家具有尊贵感，同时消减建筑的硬朗使空间变得柔和。
The plant spaces on both sides of the entrance are carefully arranged to make the residence full of poetry and the sense of nobility when returning home, while reducing the toughness of the building and making the space soft.
