苏高新&禹洲&融创·山云轩 / 上海万境景观

姑苏西、太湖东，我们的项目位于苏州白马涧景区旁；临山、邻湖，坐拥得天独厚的生态资源。与其说环地皆山，不如说场地生于林间。在原生的自然庇护下，这块场地深藏美好生活的醇香。

设计之初的考虑，是想要把自然山林当做生活的背景墙，拉近人与自然的距离。因为城市越来越拥挤的今天，车水马龙、高楼林立，让人越发压抑紧张，生活舒适度也随之下降。我们希望通过设计找回记忆中的自然美景，淡化家园与自然的边界，营造有温度的生活场景。

In the west of Suzhou and east of Taihu, our project is located next to the Baimajian Scenic Spot in Suzhou. Mountain, adjacent to the lake, with unique ecological resources. The land is not so much a mountain as a forest. Under the shelter of native nature, this site contains the fragrance of a better life.

The initial consideration of the design is to take the natural mountain forest as the background wall of life, and shorten the distance between people and nature. Because the city is more and more crowded today, the heavy traffic, high-rise buildings, people more depressed tension, life comfort also decreased. We hope to retrieve the natural beauty in our memory through design, dilute the boundary between home and nature, and create a living scene with temperature.

场地固有自然风貌。

场地周边：三面环山，自然资源丰富，生态良好；道路交汇处，交通便捷、视野开阔。

场地内部：东北部（沿市政路环岛）地势较高，内有较大面积现状香樟林。西部零星分布现状石头。

游览空间自由流畅。

从莲花峰路对面售楼处至展示区入口，依次游览入口空间、通过空间、中心庭院，至样板房参观。

沿街界面自在展开。

市政路较宽阔，无遮挡；通过延续性处理，给人震撼的视觉感受。通过LOGO景墙、展示区入口打造形象界面。

设计融汇游走山涧的场地演绎，通过入山涧-映烟雨-穿林野-踏溪坐-寻微光-悦童梦的游览路线，打造秘林多境，以期达到设计呼应自然生态，用景观唤起场地记忆，演绎空间故事。

Through the tour route of entering the mountain stream -- reflecting the misty rain -- passing through the forest -- seeking the glimmering light, the secret forest is diversified, so as to realize the natural ecology in the design, evoke the memory of the site with the landscape, and deduce the spatial story.

The natural and open mountain gate echoes the free and smooth style of the whole design without losing the sense of ritual as an entrance space. Find a balanced fulcrum between the city and the mountain forest, and then start a journey of immersive mountain forest.

坡道上的绿色草坪

点缀几棵乔木

无缝衔接了周边的山林

蜿蜒小径、砾石与镜水构成了硬质的颗粒肌理

丛生的花草则营造了精致柔软的氛围

The green lawn on the ramp, dotted with a few trees, seamless connection with the surrounding mountain forest. Winding paths, gravel and mirror water form a hard granular texture, while clustered flowers and plants create a delicate, soft atmosphere.

无尽夏在慵懒的夏天盛放

Endless summer flourishes in lazy summer, weaving romantic and poetic colors. Perhaps a flower is not attractive, but a cluster of flowers, there is a charming scene.

The white retaining wall perfectly connects the height difference between inside and outside, serving as a transition between the municipal interface and the interior of the site. The wall is undulating like a mountain, encasing a quiet and comfortable space for solitude. Clean and smooth phyllostachys and slender and slender sage create rich spatial layers. From the minute, to capture the feeling of nature.

The central garden, covered by layers of tallow, forms a vibrant space for communication and sharing. The tallow sand brings the singing of the mountain wind. The ideal and the reality mingle in this piece of the Wizard of Oz.

Transparent bubble house, in the light of the fold out of colorful. Swaying swing, holding the childs laughter to fly to the romantic world of childlike innocence in the sky, in the wild experience of the city of joy. Echoing the extension of I + community activities and growth.

细节把控

1.雕塑的造型优化、颜色比选，最终敲定相对沉稳的红铜色，造型力求自然圆润。

2.园中压脚石头的选择，严格按照模型推敲的比例尺寸，和场地空间相契合，达到最佳观赏效果。

3.LOGO字的确定，做出几个颜色样板，优中选优，本色拉丝与设计整体追求的自然感觉相般配。

植物配置

根据现场情况，道路与样板房间视线较通透，且初期落叶树绿量不足，为了达到绿意效果，局部增加中层掩映；施工前期，部分树形不佳，业主单位、设计团队、施工团队齐心配合，严格选苗，把控每一株乌桕、鸡爪槭的蓬型和长势。

一个人只拥有此生此世是不够的，他还应该拥有诗意的世界。

家在林中、漫游树下，是我们想传递的美好生活方式，一种由快节奏转变为慢下来的生活方式，一种回归到原始生活本质的感受。在元气森林醒来，阳光温煦、野芒芳香，花开叶动，鸟叫虫鸣。在极佳的林木环境中得到度假般放松感受，在山水林和人之间寻得平衡。

Living in the woods and roaming under the trees is a beautiful way of life that we want to convey, a way of life that changes from a fast pace to a slow one, and a feeling of returning to the original essence of life. Wake up in the forest of Yuan Qi, warm sunshine, fragrant wild mang, flowers and leaves move, birds call insects. Relax in the excellent forest environment like a holiday, and find a balance between mountains and rivers, forests and people.
