他是世界制造之都，中国工业第一城市；是全球第一个世界遗产典范城市，中国大陆最宜居城市，有着2500多年的历史，被誉为活着的古城。

本案位于苏州市相城区太平镇，历史悠久，早在北宋年间，《吴地记后集》载吴县二十二都，太平即为其中之一。地块紧邻国家3A级度假景区盛泽湖，占地约800亩的湖景资源，是苏州四水三角生态格局中重要组成部分。

我们希望在这片场地上，延续城市基因，充分利用生态湖泊水网作为基底，打造高品质生活服务的活力社区。

With a long history, this case is located in Taiping Zhen,Xiangcheng District of Suzhou.As early as the Northern Song Dynasty,The Continuation of Records of Wu Area recorded twenty-two cities in Wu County,one of which,was Taiping.Adjacent to national 3A class scenic spotShengze Lake,it covers an area of about 800 mu,which is an important part of the ecological pattern of four waters and triangle in Suzhou.

We hope that we can inherit the gene of the city in the area,make full use of the network of ecological lakes as the basis of landscape,and create a dynamic community with high quality services for life.

作为旭辉集团TOP级产品，铂悦系秉持着只定制不复制的原则，致力成就苏州城市封面。设计伊始，面对场地多功能的需求：前期完善销售中心的功能，后续要转为社区物业和养老服务；如何在有限的空间内实现功能与设计的统一，同时将景观资源最大化汲取，成为我们思考的重点。

As the TOP product of CIFI GROUPBoyue Seriesis dedicated to be the cover of Suzhou on the principle of only customization not copy.At the beginning of design,we are faced with the requirement of multifunctional site:we improved its function as the sales center in the earlier stage,and turned it into community center in the later stage; the key point we consider is how to realize the unity of function and design in the limited space and maximize resources.

02 游园
The Tour of Garden

提到苏州，首先就会想到的是园林，我们对江南园林的布局进行概括提炼，在咫尺空间内营造出视觉体验和审美感受。示范区的展示功能是体验动线，需要串联起不同的功能空间节点，与园林中的游园路径不谋而合。

When it comes to Suzhou,the first thing that occurs to us is gardens.We have summarized and refined the layout of gardens on the Yangtze Delta,and created visual experience and aesthetic perception in the space near at hand.The demonstration areas function of display is to experience the dynamic line, so we need to connect nodes of space with different functions,which is in accordance with its route of tour.

在游园路径中，需要解决人在其中的场景转换，在移步换景中领略笙簧盈耳，别有幽情，罗绮穿林，倍添韵致。步入示范区，首先映入眼帘的是长约14米的水幕景墙，营造出自然山水的意趣；夜幕降临，搭配灯光照明，呈现静谧安逸的氛围，展现出院子的另一面光景。

As to the route,we need to solve the transformation of scenes,and let visitors experience thatthe melodious sound from reeds of a panpipe lingers in the ear,which creates a unique quiet atmosphere;while passing through the woods in a silk dress adds charm to itwhen they walk from a scene to another.When you enter into the demonstration area,the first thing you will see is the water curtain wall with about 14 meters long,which creates the artistic conception of natural mountains and rivers;when night falls,its combination with the lights will create a quiet and comfortable atmosphere,which shows the other aspect of the courtyard.

整体布局上，同样借鉴江南园林的形式，采用起、承、转、合的空间布局，形成多进院落空间，人随着动线前行，依次通过缘客造访（预接待）、疏窗绿玉（品牌展示）、细听春雨（影音展厅），来到主要功能空间水榭论韵（洽谈区）。

Taking gardens on the Yangtze Delta as reference,its overall layout also adopts the structure ofstarting,bearing,turning,and closing,and forms a yard with multiplefunctionalzones.People move forward following the dynamic line,passing through reception zone,brand display,audio and video exhibition hall and then main functional zone--negotiation zone in sequence.

洽谈区以开放流畅的设计动线呈现，从形式上充分考虑了空间开合的有序性，营造出一种轻松舒适的洽谈氛围，落地窗外的树枝向下垂落，眼前绿影浮动，仿若置身丛林。

Showed by the open and smooth dynamic line,the negotiation zone fully considers the opening and closing order of space in its form,and creates a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for negotiation,in which branches fall down outside the French window,and green leaves wave before your eyes,as if you were in a forest.

归家动线与大区景观轴线无缝衔接，形成从城市进入社区的多层级体验，层层递进。

The demonstration area connects seamlessly the dynamic line of returning home with its axis of landscape,which forms progressive multi-level experience from the city to the community.

以新江南园林式住区作为设计出发点，尽可能地将建筑去风格化；通过建筑主体和细部装饰上的匠心巧思与景观环境相互渗透，彼此作用，高度统一又显现出各自的光芒，创造出一种 筑景互融的意境。

We take the residential area ofnew gardens on the Yangtze Deltaas the starting point of design toeliminate the style ofour building as much as possible;through the originality of main structure of the building and decorations.

鉴于以上的设计思路，预接待与洽谈区材料选择上，大面积采用高透超白玻，强调建筑的通透感，使得内外空间相互穿插，若隐若现，与光共舞；在参观体验中，既可观也可被观，在看与被看之间，探索江南园林的自然之境。

Given the above thought of design,we adopt a large area of high transparent ultra white glasses in thereception area andnegotiation areain order to highlight the transparency of the building,by which its internal and external space can interpenetrate with each other with partly hidden and partly visible and playing with lights;in the tour,tourists can appreciate and also be appreciated,during which they explore the natural landscape of gardens on the Yangtze Delta.

少量的仿石瓷板镶嵌深灰色金属线条，旨在凸显粉墙、黛瓦、灰边的江南风韵。品牌展示、影音展厅等相对私密的半封闭场所，则采用了低窗的形式，巧妙利用窗外光影交错的同时，将低处庭院的景色映入眼帘，不禁让人联想到小院低窗，桃李花开春昼长。

Few stones are inset with dark grey metal lines,which aims to highlight the style of buildings in regions south of the Yangtze Riverwhite wall,livid tile,and grey edge.With alow window,relatively private semi-enclosed places such asbrand displayandaudio and video exhibition hallbring the scenery at the lower position of courtyard to your view through skillfully using the interweaving of light and shadow outside the window,which makes people cant help associating within a small yard with a low window,peach and plum flowers bloom in the long day of spring.

安藤忠雄说过：人需要艺术和文化才能享受城市生活。本案以江南园林建筑为原型，将不同要素进行解构、演绎；在有限的空间内通过起、承、转、合的空间递进，取得了沉浸式体验、与自然互动交流的多种功能。在这里，光与影的交织，虚与实的更替，古典与现代的重叠，给人们一种虽由人作，宛自天开的沉浸感。

Tadao Ando once said,People need art and culture to enjoy the life of city.Taking gardens on the Yangtze Delta as its prototype,this case deconstructs and interprets different elements;realizes various functions such as immersive experience and interaction with nature through the progression ofstarting,bearing,turning,and closing in limited space.Here the interweaving of light and shadow,the alternation of the virtual and the real,and the combination of classical and modern styles give people a sense of immersion thatalthough it is made by human,it likes a thing in nature.
