背景 | CONTEXT

城市记忆

在西安，悠长的历史不止体现在景色上，更是渗透进西安的每一口空气里。十三个王朝曾经选择在这里建都，所有文化在这里被包容，历史的传递在这座东方的大都市里热闹而虔诚，今天的西安，存蓄历史的同时依旧持续展现着生长力。

和西安浓厚的城市氛围相匹配的是，生活在这片土地上的人们对于家的归属感极其强烈，项目的建设将促进金辉地产形成全新的公园生态居住区，一种全新的风景生产力将进入到西安居住生活圈。

In Xian, the long history is not only reflected in the scenery, but also permeated into every breath of air in Xian. Thirteen dynasties once chose to build their capitals here, and all cultures are inclusive here. The transmission of history is lively and pious in this oriental metropolis. Todays Xian continues to show its growth while preserving history. What matches the strong urban atmosphere in Xian is that people living on this land have a strong sense of belonging to home. The construction of the project will promote Jinhui real estate to form a new park ecological residential area, and a new scenic productivity will enter the living circle in Xian.

项目概况

基地位于西安市雁塔南路与南三环交汇处项目占据CBD核心位置，周围学校、医院、公园等基础设施完善。基地北侧即为高速且周围路网发达交通便捷，6公里内有两大客运站及大雁塔景点，项目业态丰富，涵盖住宅、甲级写字楼、高端公寓、五星级酒店、SHOPPINGMALL及集中商业等全物业类型。金辉云庭在这片历史与未来兼容的土地上，体现着一种集成化的融合之美。

The base is located at the intersection of Yanta South Road and South Third Ring Road in Xian. The project occupies the core position of CBD, and the surrounding schools, hospitals, parks and other infrastructure are perfect. The north side of the base is high-speed and the surrounding road network is developed, with fast traffic. There are two passenger stations and wild goose pagoda scenic spots within 6km. The project has rich business types, including residential, class A office buildings, high-end apartments, five-star hotels, shoppingmall and centralized commerce.

设计呈现

流动的道路形式与大区内的节奏统一，体现了整体设计的一致调性。内向性的植物围合在氛围上有效分隔了道路的嘈杂，在视线上保证了空间的通透和对外的吸引。

The flowing road form is consistent with the rhythm in the region, reflecting the consistency of the overall design. The introverted plant enclosure effectively separates the noise of the road in the atmosphere and ensures the permeability of the space and external attraction in the line of sight.

空中花园

高差的处理方式可以体现空间层次的递进与视景的渗透，可以触碰的都是精工细节，芒草在风中轻轻摇摆，随着时间流动，是为了捕捉更好的风景而存在。

The treatment of height difference can reflect the progressive spatial level and the penetration of the visual scene. What can be touched are Seiko details. The reed sways gently in the wind and flows with time in order to capture better scenery.

转过台阶，远处错落的栾树、圆润的绿坡，柔化了建筑的形，芒草擅长诉说光影的故事，是公园的主角。阳光透过淡淡的云层，倾泻在草地上，散落的芒草丛与树影的斑驳，相映成趣。

Turning the steps, the scattered Luan trees and round green slopes in the distance soften the shape of the building. They are good at telling the story of light and shadow and are the protagonist of the park. The sun poured down on the grass through the faint clouds, and the scattered reeds and the mottled shadows of trees formed an interesting contrast.

彩虹廊桥

绿意盎然，步移景异。一道廊桥把本来通过式的空间，用似彩虹般的流畅的曲线让人放慢脚步驻足停顿。所以对于设计的控制不仅是方案的落地、景观配置的一体化，更是构筑物对于景观恰到好处的点睛之笔。

The flowers and leaves are luxuriant, green and different. A rainbow like smooth curve and a corridor bridge make people slow down and stop in the form of passing through space. The control of design is not only the landing of the scheme and the integration of landscape configuration, but also the finishing touch of sculpture on the landscape.

彩虹桥赋予了场地新的色彩及活力，链接了大区的场地空间结构、路网规划，并美化空间，赋予空间多种功能，形成空间景观的主体脉络。整个中心景观设计以活力连接为主题，以娱乐、观赏为主要目的，让人于不经意间感受设计的匠心。

The Rainbow Bridge gives the site new colors and vitality, links the site space structure and road network planning of the large area, and beautifies the space, endows the space with multiple functions, and forms the main context of the space landscape. The entire central landscape design is based on the theme of VitalityConnection, with entertainment and viewing as the main purpose, allowing people to inadvertently experience the ingenuity of the design.

儿童活动场地

设计伊始，我们对于项目本身的定位和场地初探时感受的现状以及附近居民的生活现状让我们陷入思考，作为社会共同体的一部分，能为西安这座城市、这片地域、这群居民们带来什么样的改变。

我们想要创造一个公园里的家；
这里应该有主题性公共空间，解决居民的社交需求；
儿童功能和家庭活动也是一个关注点；

At the beginning of the design, the positioning of the project itself, the current situation we felt during the preliminary exploration of the site and the living situation of the nearby residents made us think about what changes can be brought to the city, region and group of residents of Xian as a part of the social community.

We want to create a home in the park;

There should be a thematic public space to meet the social needs of the surrounding residents;

Child function and family activities are also a concern;

儿童活动区域延续了轻盈的曲线体系，在颜色选择上，以黄绿为主，营造奔跑在公园里的活动感受，搭配大面积的微地形场地，结合金小瑞主题IP，形成品牌性的互动活动空间。立柱也呼应着流线轻盈的设计姿态。连廊形成的空间界面连接着活动场地，消化高差的同时让自然与空间互相渗透，让小朋友们都能得到与自然环境充分的接触。

The childrens activity area continues the light curve system. In terms of color selection, yellow and green are the main ones to create the activity experience of running in the park. It is matched with a large area of micro-terrain venues and combined with Jin Xiaoruis theme IP to form a branded interactive activity space.The column also echoes the streamlined and light design attitude. The space interface formed by the corridor connects the activity venue, digesting the height difference while allowing nature and space to penetrate each other, so that children can get full contact with the natural environment.

俏皮的微地形和充满活力的地面图案也激发了儿童和成人的创造力和想象力。

Playful micro terrain and vibrant ground patterns also stimulate the creativity and imagination of children and adults.

自然光线照射到花镜及金小瑞身上，给人带来放松和启迪。

Natural light illuminates the mirror and Jin xiaorui, bringing relaxation and enlightenment.

建造儿童乐园是为了让大人与小朋友能集中精力去感受童真，让人们在一天中尽可能腾出时间回归童真与自然，这就是为什么我们的城市里需要公园般的居住地。因为空间使得我们脱离了令人疯狂的重复的工作事务，是让人休闲放松的地方。我们也在以一种轻松的方式，把公园中令人舒适的童趣氛围带入项目中。

The purpose of building childrens paradise is to enable adults and children to concentrate on feeling childlike innocence, so that people can make time to return to childlike innocence and nature as much as possible. This is why our city needs a park like place to live, because space makes us get rid of crazy repetitive work affairs and is a place for people to relax. We are also bringing the comfortable atmosphere of childrens interest in the park into the project in a relaxed way.

园路两侧，林荫夹道对称式植物组合和尽头的端景形成行走间的自然风景，漫步其间溯源生活本质，发掘自然的美好感受，干净的灌木与铺地材料形成归家意境。

Echoing the ritual feeling of the region, the symmetrical plant lanes on both sides of the garden road and the end view at the end form the noble feeling between walking, and the clean shrubs and paving materials form the mood of returning home.

户外运动跑道空间利用登高场地，美化社区的同时为人的健康服务，顺延活力跑道，体验诗意风景线。

The outdoor sports track space uses the climbing site to beautify the community while serving peoples health, extending the vitality track, and experiencing the poetic scenery.

穿越活动场地，电梯井是具有引导性精致纯洁的白色格栅墙，连接场外公园的同时，又延展为场地雕塑，整个空间动线清晰流畅，使进入场地的人们自然而然融入其中，体验到满满的归家仪式感。

Through the activity site, the elevator shaft is a guiding, exquisite and pure white grid wall. The whole moving line is clear and smooth, so that people entering the site naturally integrate into it and experience a full sense of home returning ceremony.

金辉世界城云庭项目以极具张力的流线和大气的尺度筑成了整体的气质，兼顾实用与美感。以自身独特的设计语言，结合金小瑞特色IP，描绘着都市新居的诉求和体验，引领着整个城市人居环境的发展。

The Yunting project of Jinhui world city has built an overall temperament with a very tense streamline and atmospheric scale, taking into account practicality and aesthetics. With its own unique design language and alloy Xiaorui characteristic IP, it depicts the demands and experience of new urban houses and leads the development of the whole urban living environment.
