但随着城市飞速发展，我们丰收累累硕果的同时，城市的工业化进程也带来了我们正在着手解决的各种问题：被城市赶走的自然、逐渐消失的绿色和慢慢被遗忘的这些场地原来的精神面貌和温度

Thelandscape gives us all she can offer in the infinite growth.

Shijiazhuang, a sincere and diligent City, is adding a heavy color to the Chinese dream onthe road of rapid development.

However, with the rapid development of the city, we reap rich fruits. At the same time, the process of urban industrialization has also brought various problems we aretrying to solve: the nature driven away by the city, the gradually disappearinggreen, and the original spiritual outlook and temperature of these sites slowlyforgotten.

项目位于河北省石家庄市的东二环内，紧邻跃进路、谈固北大街及地铁1号线，交通便利附近教育、医疗和商业资源丰富；城市核心区高端人群聚集；但缺少一定的绿地资源。

Theproject is located in the East Second Ring Road of Shijiazhuang City, HebeiProvince, close to Yuejin Road, Tangu North Street and Metro Line 1. It hasconvenient transportation and rich educational, medical and commercialresources nearby. The high-end people in the core area of the city gather here,but there is a lack of certain green space resources.

Design vision

我们正以一个谦逊的姿态，希望为这座城市、为生活在这里的人们带来些久违的本就属于我们生活中的确幸品质与自然。

With a humble attitude, we hope to bring some long lost happiness - quality and nature - to this cityand the people living here.

Site investigation

场地现有临市政路界面的方位只有南侧，而场地南侧目前的城市界面呈现杂乱、破旧的现状，没有过多的资源引入，但值得庆幸的是街前伫立的大槐树，给原本灰色的空间增添了生机。

The existing municipal road interface of the site islocated only in the south, while the current urban interface in the south ofthe site is messy and dilapidated, and there are notmany resources introduced. But fortunately, the big locust trees standing infront of the street have added vitality to the gray space.

示范区南侧现状

项目总占地41651㎡，其中实景展示区为3850 ㎡，营销中心建筑面积占地900 ㎡，如何在极其局促的空间内体现尊贵感，兼容复杂多样的功能、营造独一无二的高品质空间体验，是本项目面临的一系列挑战。

The project covers a total area of 41651 ㎡, including 3850 ㎡ of live display areaand 900 ㎡ of building area of marketing center. The challengeof this project is how to embody the sense of dignity in the confined space,compatible with various functions and create a unique high-quality spaceexperience.

针对现有场地内部的客观条件，我们提出三点策略：

1、场地利用临现有市政道路方向（南侧）做为示范区开口方向；

2、建立内向的价值体系以和周边现有状态产生本质升级，以期带动周遭地块的开发和演变；

3、打造景观、建筑、室内空间相互交融、相互渗透的社区入口空间。

According to the objective conditions inside theexisting site, we propose three strategies:

1. The site uses the direction adjacent to theexisting municipal road (south side) as the opening direction of thedemonstration area;

2. In terms of landscape, it mainly creates the streetinterface. While beautifying the current situation of the municipal interface,it pays more attention to the design and construction of the interior of thesite;

3.Create a community entrance space where landscape, architecture and indoorspace blend and penetrate each other.

Atthe beginning of experience

设计延续建筑语言，横向组织景观元素，形成约80m开敞的城市展示界面。

The design continuesthe architectural language, organizes landscape elements horizontally, andforms an 80 meters urban display interface.

淡磨明镜照檐楹，长条装的喷泉水面静伏在建筑前的通道空间，强调建筑延展的语言，同时为空间增添新的活力；两侧以绿篱夹道，低尺度的植物栽植旨在让空间界定的视线得以游离，遥遥的槐叶从城市的道路探入，仿佛低语、仿佛迎客、仿佛即将触摸美好的生活。

There is a row of smallfountains next to the corridor in front of the building. It emphasizes thelanguage of architectural extension and adds new vitality to the space. Thereare hedges on both sides, and low-scale plants make the line of sight definedby space free. The leaves of locust tree seem to be whispering, welcomingguests and touching a better life.

绿篱中的石台装饰，是人工雕琢的点缀于自然之中，暗示生活的温馨与品质，这是我们想在入园之初便给观者传达的意境与情趣。

The stone platformdecoration in the hedge is an artificial Ornament - in nature, it implies thewarmth and quality of life. This is the artistic conception and interest wewant to convey to the visitors at the beginning.

The Welcoming Gate

入口门厅仿佛与建筑一气呵成，是材料和形体的统一，顺势又独立。如果说横向语言的延展是界面和形体的延续，那么纵向的线条与装饰则为其形体之上的表情与体温。高耸的大门不是真的与世隔绝，而是饱含倾诉的沉默，内敛而丰满。是门、是厅堂、是美好生活的缘起和开篇。

The unityof material and form makes the entrance hall seem to be in harmony with thebuilding. If the extension of horizontal language is the continuation ofinterface and form, then the vertical lines and decoration are the expressionand temperature of its form. The high gate is not isolated from the world, butfull of silence. It is introverted and plump. It is the door, the hall, theorigin and beginning of a better life.

彩色钻石，是品质生活的象征，更是大堂与未来生活的暗示与留香。

Colored diamonds are notonly a symbol of quality life, but also a hint of future life.

金属与石材的拥抱、胶着，本就没有违和感，这是对场地前身（冶金旧厂）的缅怀和记忆的再现。而绿色植物的融入将二者包裹，调和出本就存在的自然状态。

The embrace and adhesion between metal and stone haveno sense of conflict. This is the memory and reappearance of the predecessor ofthe site (old metallurgical plant). The integration of green plants wraps thetwo and reconciles the existing natural state.

The corridor

穿过大堂，步移内院，宛若出世入世的交替。宁静，是这里的关键词。场地不张扬的性格，于此成就一份从容雅致的气韵，山石与人工雕琢的石材墙面，镶嵌在一起，以强调它与生俱来的品质和沉稳性格。

Walkthrough the lobby and into the courtyard. Quiet is the key word here. Thecharacter of the venue not make public has achieved a calm and elegant charmhere. The hillstone and artificial varved stone metope inlaid together,emphasizing its original quality and composed character.

忧思的平静恰如山林捧起的缕缕薄雾这是通往未来生活的归家动线，横向拉槽的石材景墙饰面，是室内空间语言的外展，从此处一直延续到通廊尽端。

The stone background wall engraved with horizontalstripes is an extension of the interior space language. It runs from here tothe end of the corridor.

延续的横向线条，是秩序的统一、又是归家的礼仪、是指引、是承载，灰色调的空间给人内心以平静，回味绵长。

Thecontinuous horizontal lines are the unity of order, but also the etiquette ofhoming. Its a guide, also a carrier. The gray space gives people peace of mindand endless aftertaste.

我们尝试用精装的手法来处理这条连接大区生活的动线：精巧的灯具散发着微微的暖光，近木色的廊顶更像是室内的天花，包裹纯白的吊顶，儒雅尊贵，于居所的安全感在这里得以延续。

墙亦非墙，有时更像是扇含情脉脉的屏风婆娑的树影通过建筑反射的光映射其上，仿若天然的画卷：有自然、有温度。

We try to deal with this line connecting the mainareas with exquisite decoration: exquisite lamps emit slight warm light; Thewood colored corridor roof is more like an indoor ceiling, wrapped in purewhite ceiling, elegant and noble, and the sense of security can be continuedhere.

The wall is also not a wall. Sometimes it is more likea screen - the shadow of the tree is reflected on it by the light reflected bythe building, which is like a natural picture: there is nature and temperature.

廊的对面，是建筑的隔水相望，而在其间，我们更希望渗透些自然。

延绵至后场的水景，是环抱建筑的温柔承载自然与人工，更是会所的天花。

The building faces thecorridor across the water. Among them, we prefer to infiltrate some nature.

The waterscape extending tothe backyard is the tenderness surrounding the building - carrying nature andman-made, and it is also the highlight of the site.

伫立在水中的八棵银红槭，是我们根据空间特选的植物，纵向生长的形态和高分支点以让通廊内的视线在林下得以与建筑对话，翠绿的树叶仿佛漂浮在水上，让绿色与自然得以填充进来；树下雾森萦绕，更添了几分森林释放出的空灵。

我们不希望界定空间，而更像是有逻辑地组织它，抱以尊重和敬畏。

The eight Acer saccharinum trees standing in the waterare specially selected according to the space. The vertical growth form andhigh branching points allow people in the corridor to see the buildings underthe forest. The green leaves seem to float on the water, filling in the greenand nature; The fog under the trees lingers, adding to the emptiness releasedby the forest.

We dont want to define space, but rather organize itlogically with respect and awe.

至此，是首开实景展示区的呈现，而生活场景的描摹则为甄筑理想居所的根本

翘首盼望的，是对未来生活的希冀和追求自然是基底、生长是持续、数字是未来。

So far, it is the exhibitionof the demonstration area. The description of life scene is the basis ofbuilding an ideal residence.

What we are looking forwardto is the hope and pursuit of future life - nature is the base, growth issustainable, and digitization is the future.

The Hope

在居住区即将呈现的，是一处坐拥绿色的自然居所，于绿色中打造一个城市秘境：

饶有趣味的，关于这片森林中的礼堂选址，我们利用了分形与黄金分割，森林中的旱溪、小径、原石是我们探求森林氛围并提取再现的，甚至原始、回归生活。

In the residential area, a green natural residence will be presented to create a secret urban environment in green:

Interesting about thelocation of the auditorium in this forest. We use Fractal andgolden section.The dry stream, paths,stones and so on in theforest are what we explore the forest atmosphere and extract and reproduce.

All the stories will unfold quietly in the the long lost green.

回望本案，我们想利用景观之长作为空间的纽带，给这座城市和栖居于此的人们一份安静平和、一处臻质居所、一片自然与未来。

自然本就是无限生长的，而生活亦如此。景观作为其中的重要角色，正给予我们她能奉献的所有久违的绿色，城市的珍宝。

Looking back at this case,we want to use the length of landscape as the link of space. Give the city andthe people living here a quiet and peaceful place, a high-quality residence, apiece of nature and the future.

Nature grows infinitely,and so does life. As an important role, landscape is giving us all it can offer- long lost green, the treasure of the city.
