万科的产品系列宁波万科未来之光，是一个典型意义的大型居住类项目。

在项目规划之初，D+H景观设计团队就已介入，与建筑规划设计团队形成很好的沟通与互动。我们非常赞同其提出的以L型绿廊将城市形象界面转换到自然山水远景的构思，绿廊巧妙地将城市开发空间过渡为社区共享绿地空间，让城市与自然体系形成了很好的融合，也给城市居民提供了交流活动的场所。

Lab D+H has been involved at the very beginning of the project. As landscape design team, we work well with architecture team and planning team by a lot meaningful communication and interaction. We strongly agree with the idea of transforming the urban image into a natural landscape with the L-shaped green corridor. This concept transforms the urban development into a community shared green space, where the urban and natural system talk to each other in harmony. Beside, to the residents, the shared space is a great place for group communication and other outdoor events.

在绿廊框架控制下，景观设计不断优化L型绿廊的空间，形成了一系列空间节奏：城市转角形象、城市界面口袋花园、社区中轴集散广场、社区入口品质空间、中心绿地生态休闲核心、社区轴线文化地标等。

based on the big idea green corridor, our landscape design team continuously optimizes the space of the L Corridor, finally proposed a series of interesting parcels. Such As urban image corner, urban interface pocket garden, community central square, community entrance, central lawn , community cultural landmarks, etc.

万科未来之光系列本身也寄寓城市生活的美好向往，我们认为宁波万科未来之光还有着特殊的自然情结地块比邻小浃江，远景连绵的自然山脉与宁静蜿蜒的河水构成一幅自然的画面，夜幕降临时构成美妙的剪影。我们运用这种剪影，融入现代都市迷人的夜色图底，夜色艺术剪影的组合作为景观设计的核心理念。

Although Ningbo Vankes future light shared the core value of the whole Vankes Future Light series, which embody the beautiful dream of urban life, we believe it has its own natural feature! This site is adjacent to the Xiaolong River, where distant natural mountains and tranquil rivers form a picturesque landscape. When night falls, the natural landscape becomes wonderful silhouette, and finally, the natural silhouette blends into the fascinating night scenes of the modern city. The combination of night art silhouettes is the core concept of our landscape design.

在艺术化处理自然元素与非自然元素的同时，将远山的轮廓与城市夜景的肌理转换成设计元素，形成从空间到形体到细节的主题性设计语言。

By playing with natural and artificial elements at the same time, we transformed the outline of the distant mountains and the texture of the urban night scene into design, eventually, forming a consistent design language from space to form and to details.

△艺术广场：作为社区中轴集散广场，以艺术装置水景为开放空间的视觉中心，既满足了前期售楼的需求，也展现了具有魅力和生活气息的未来，强调了邻里开放空间的中心属性。

Art Plaza: we use water feature as the visual center of the central plaza open space, which serves well for the sales office building behind it at first phase. Beside, this art installation indicates the future life of this energetic neighborhood to emphasize the idea of shared space.

As one product of Night Silhouette Art installation, the central water feature on the site is quite inspiring and great for interaction.

△与外围现状城市的过渡：不做牵强的生硬切割隔离，而是友好地融合和巧妙优化，体现了社区生活的温度

Transition with the surrounding: Instead of rudely cut, we extend our landscape to the urban road, showing our friendly attitude to the community.

Keep accessibility in mind at the entrance of buildings, making, we wish people a comfortable journey back home.
