LOCATION ANALYSIS

项目北侧紧邻市政道路，有近125M长的市政界面，如何利用市政界面创造城市地标，带动城市活力，是设计首要解决的问题。设计从场地的尺度和特性出发，基于现代艺术的格调，融入对生活的向往，将空间场地作为岳麓山的缩影，通过不同场景的转换，演绎湘江水畔、岳麓山下的艺术生活，创造城市活动体验空间，带动场地人气活力。

The project is close to the municipal roadin the north, with a nearly 125m-long municipal interface. How to use the municipal interface to create an urban landmark and drive the vitality of the city is the priority in the design. Startingfrom the scale and characteristics of the site, ourdesignadoptsthe style of modern art, integrates peoples yearning for life, and takes the space site as the epitome of Mount Yuelu. It interprets the artistic life by the Xiangjiang River and under the Mount Yuelu through the transformation of different scenes, creating the spacefor people to experienceurban activities and promoting the popularity and vitality of the venue.

1、打造城市新地标，突出空间昭示性，记忆性。

2、街角处采用半开放式处理，设置精神堡垒。

3、强调景观沿街界面辨识度的同时烘托建筑立面。

4、创造城市活动体验空间，带动场地人气活力。

Q1: How to create a city landmark interface ?

Q2: How to guide and organizethe movement of the venue ?

To this end , we propose some directions and strategiesfor the design:

1. To create a new landmark of the city, highlighting the signification and memory of the space.

2. Semi-open treatment is adopted at the street corner to set up a spiritual fortress.

3. While emphasizing therecognizabilityof the landscape along the streetinterface, the building faade is highlighted.

4. Create an experience space for urban activities and drive the popularity and vitality of the venue.

The front field of the building is used as an urban display space. The three-entry space layoutSeeing the Mountain (exposure street corner - seeing the close-up view of the mountain), Layered Emerald Green (land art interface - finding the forest way to the retreat), Riverside (water scene at the front site - entering the garden by the water), combined with the vertical layer-by-layer progression, creates an immersive mid-mountain retreatenvironment for customers to live in and enjoy.

Meetthe mountains

见山近景，初入秘境，在繁华的都市里，寻一处喧嚣里的留白。在昭示街角，半开放的设计弱化了场所边界，给人以温度的同时引人驻足。由山的形态抽象出的大地线条构造成了现代气质的景观艺术，在表达了场所精神的同时，也为来访者构建简约、轻奢的第一印象，在平静与克制的基调中，预示着宁谧优雅的生活空间。

Seeing a close-up view of the mountain,you can enter the retreatrealmto finda blank space in the hustle and bustle of the city. At the exposure street corner, the semi-open design weakens the boundary of the place, giving people warmth and attracting them to stay for a while. The floorline abstracted from the shape of the mountain constitutes a modern landscape art, which not only expresses the spirit of the place, but also builds the first impression of simplicity and slight luxury for visitors. In the tone of calmnessand restraint, it outlinestranquil and elegant living space.

叠翠寻林入境

Layered emerald green

移步异景，寻林入境。在这里，大地艺术与水景的结合，有如山与江的相遇。层层交叠的线条如绵延不绝的山脉，交错其中的水景如静谧的江面，二者形态相接相错，相映成趣，共同塑造了根植本土文脉的艺术氛围。不加矫饰的线性语言与进退有秩的几何形态，丰富了空间的同时也恪守着简约的风格。

Enjoying different scenery for every step you take, you can find the forest way to enter the retreat. Here, the combination of land art and waterscape is like whenmountains meetrivers. The overlapping lines are like endless mountains, and the interlaced waterscape is like a quiet river surface. The two forms are interconnected and complement each other. Together, they create an artistic atmosphere rooted in the local context. The unpretentious linear language and the orderly geometric forms enrich the space and adhere to the styleof simplicity.

入口处，悦府Logo置于静谧的水面之上，回清倒影，静谧温馨，简约之中透露出品质感。脚下，层叠形态的台阶赋予了铺装动态的节奏韵律。树木与草地的竖向设计让人仿佛置身于山野树林之中。嵌于场地中的观景平台提高了场地的体验性，塑造了可观可游可赏的体验空间。不规则形状的雕塑石块零星点缀在场地之中，营造着自然简约的意境。跌瀑设计作为展示界面，向外昭示着轻奢自然的理念。景墙设计沿用建筑墙面材质，使景观界面统一且更具品质感。

At the entrance, the Top Mansionlogo is placed on the quiet water surface, with a clear reflection. Being quiet andwarm, it is simple yetwith a sense of quality. Under the feet, the steps in the stacked form endow the pavement with a dynamic rhythm. The vertical design of trees and grass makes people feel like they are in the wild mountains and forests. The viewing platform embedded in the site improves the experience of the site and creates an experience space that can be visited and appreciated. Irregularly shaped sculptural stones are scattered throughout the site, creating a natural and simple artistic conception. As a display interface, the waterfall design shows the concept of light luxury and nature. The design of the landscape wall follows the material of the building wall, so that the landscape interface is unified and more high-quality.

畔江畔水入园

Watersidegarden

步临水畔，动静成趣。随着脚步的深入，一片池水豁然眼前。面前的建筑形式简约大气，材料色调生态自然，通透的玻璃幕墙与震撼的建筑落水共同构成建筑界面的延伸感。建筑前的水面创造出由上而下的映射，倒影之中仿佛空间也实现了延伸，黑色的铺装池底呼应着建筑的材质，一明一暗的对比，活化了整体景致。静池与落水相映成趣，动静对比之下也丰富了观感。人们置身于造型自然的树木萦绕之中，配合唯美的灯光，汩汩的涌泉，不经意间获得了闲适怡然的归家体验。

Walking by the water, the movement and stillness become fun. As you walk in further, you can see a pool of water in front of you. The architectural form in front is simple and grand, the material tone is ecological and natural, the transparent glass curtain wall and the strikingbuilding waterfall together constitute the extension of the architectural interface. The water surface in front of the building creates a reflection from top down. In the reflection, the space seems to be extended. The black paved pool bottom echoes the material of the building. The contrast of light and darkness activates the overall scenery. The static pool and falling water complement each other, and the contrast of movement and stillness is more impressive. People are surrounded by trees with natural shapes, with beautiful lighting and gurgling springs, thus inadvertently gettinga leisurely and comfortable homecoming experience.

秘境氤氲山水

Retreatrealm

山与水的主题在此得到了别样的呈现。草木之间，一条石组成蜿蜒曲折的溪流。雕塑石块点缀其中，营造出自然的节奏感，共同构成富有趣味性的景观小品。置身其中，人们仿佛身处晨雾笼罩的缥缈江畔，宁谧与闲适充盈于方寸之间。

The theme of mountains and water is presented here in a different way . Between the grass and trees, a stone forms a meandering stream. Sculpture stones are interspersed with them, creating a natural sense of rhythm, which together constitute interesting landscape sketches. People walking in it seem to be on the bank of the misty river shrouded in morning mist, and the tranquility and leisure are filled in every inchof the space.

归林静享宁谧

Returningto the forest

步入后场，工整交错的绿篱镶嵌在场地之中，富有韵律。直线的使用延续与前场相统一的风格。艺术与生态在此巧妙结合，创造出富有品质感的宜居环境。

Stepping into the backcourt, neatly staggered hedges are embedded in the field, which is full of rhythm. The use of straight lines continues the style unifying with the front court. Art and ecology are cleverly combined here to create a quality livingenvironment.

based on the style of modern art, it integrates the yearning for life, and takes the space site as the epitome of Mount Yuelu. Through the transformation of different scenes, it interprets the artistic life by the Xiangjiang River and under the Mount Yuelu.The landscape design of Changsha CRLand Top Mansiontakes form from the connotation of the mountain and water, traces the prototype and artistic conception of Yuelu landscape , extracts the local natural texture as the source of inspiration, injects modern style and ecological concept, and creates a high-quality space with diversifiedexperiences .
