背景 | CONTEXT

一勺景观摄影 INSAW Image

2016年年末SWA参加了业主邀请的河心岛方案征集竞赛，在竞赛中拔得头筹并继续进一步提供了详细设计。河心岛是配合三亚国际免税城商圈而建设的人工岛屿，占地约4.5万平方米，岛长570米。场地身处临海的内河，由云戒桥和临海的免税城一期地块相连。本设计充分利用了四周水岸的不同特性，塑造了创意的亲水空间。

At the end of 2016, SWA was invited to participate in a competition for the Hexin Island by the owner, and won first prize. The following year, SWA continued to deepen the plan and provide further detailed design. Hexin Island is an artificial island built to cooperate with the Sanya International Duty-Free City business district, located in the inland river, right next to Duty-Free City Phase 1, a 800-meter-deep portion of Haitang Bay. The project covers an area of about 45000sqm on the 570-meter-long island. The island is connected to the mainland by the Yunjie Bridge and Block 1 of Duty-Free Mall. The design of Hexin Island makes full use of the different characteristics of the surrounding water banks and creates an attractive space where people can enjoy the water.

设计的核心包括西侧的生态水岸，东侧的城市水岸和岛中的体验轴线。三条体验轴线和景观节点共同构成场地的体验网络。

The core of the design includes the ecological waterfront on the west, the urban waterfront on the east, and an experience axison the island. The three nodes together constitute the experience network of the site.

河心广场为强调欢聚和动感的入口。车行落客区，步行桥，雕塑型种植池相映成辉。步行桥的竖向线条的悬索造型取意于云戒。车行落客区的种植池采用了波浪的有机造型，象征云海。雕塑性的种植池宛如云海中的游鱼，在整体的走向上限定了人流的走向，也给休闲的座椅区增加的趣味。椭圆形的水池在落客层是反射建筑和云戒的镜池。镜池的收边沿大台阶形成跌水，把落客广场和一层的商业街用水系联系起来。此处鱼水交织，令人们留连驻足。

The entrance at Hexin Plaza emphasizes gathering and dynamic interaction. The car drop-off area, pedestrian bridge, and sculptural planters reflect each other in splendor. The pedestrian bridges vertical suspension cables are inspired by the near-permanent equatorial cloud ring while the planter in the drop-off area adopts the organic shape of waves. Together, they symbolize a sea of clouds, with the planters as swimming fish. The drop-off guides the flow of people and also adds visual interest to the leisure seating area. An oval mirror pool on the drop-off level reflects both the building and the cloud ring. Large steps along the edge of the mirror pool form a water drop, which connects the drop-off plaza with the water system of the commercial street on the first floor. Here, the fish and water are intertwined, enticing people to pause and linger.

The curving inner street emphasizes Hexin Islands linear and dynamic commercial corridors, inviting a flow of visitors to experience the unique pleasures of the developments commercial buildings.

缤纷嘉年华向心型的演艺剧场，汇聚人气。层层跌落的木平台和种植池相结合，提供了灵活的观演使用空间。

Carnival Plaza, an oval amphitheater and stage for the performing arts, is a popular feature. The combination of staggered wooden platforms and planting ponds provides a flexible space for viewing performances.

光舞水秀海棠湾上的绚丽夜景。完整的大水面上有音乐喷泉和动态水舞的展示。同时，在水面上设有时装走秀的T台，充分利用了水舞台和沿水步道的高差，把演出的后台空间藏在观众的视线之外。

The Light and Water Dancing Platform offers gorgeous night views of Haitang Bay, with musical fountains and dynamic water dance displays on its expansive surface. A catwalk for fashion shows traverses the water, making full use of the height difference between the water stage and the trails and secluding the backstage space out of sight from the audience.

The winding Waterfront Trail is built on the natural beach, strung along the citys waterfront on the east side of the island and meandering through the mountains and rivers.

Hexin Island is the first high-quality experiential commercial district in Sanya. SWAs design integrates the district, island and commercial plaza to establish a comprehensive new world-class tourist destination. The landscape is diverse, ecologically sensitive, artistic, and interactive a healthy Lohas Island retreat for both residents and tourists.
