背景 | CONTEXT

“消极空间”由日本建筑师芦原义信提出，与“积极空间”相对应，是对街区中散漫的、无组织的空间的概念性描述。消极空间的开发利用已经成为现代景观设计的焦点之一，设计师可以通过人们的需求、城市发展的需求以及空间本身价值的需求出发，激发空间的新用途，让景观设计赋予消极空间全新的意义。

"Negative space" was proposed by Japanese architect Yoshiharu Ashihara as a conceptual description of the scattered and unorganized space in a neighborhood, as opposed to "positive space". The development and utilization of negative space has become one of the focal points of modern landscape design. Designers can stimulate new uses of space through the needs of people, urban development and the value of space itself, so that landscape design can give a new meaning to negative space.

这种空间具有无目的性，无向心性，无明确边界，无主要的活动主题等特性，因为种种因素，其未能满足人和社会的需求，此空间即为“消极空间（N-Space）”

潤尚RUN CITY的当地原貌，就近似一个这样的“消极空间”。慢行步道系统缺失，交通路线混乱失序，周边建筑外立面风格混杂，绿化覆盖率持续走低。尽管地处产城交锋的重要节点，整个场域亟待梳理、更新。

The local appearance of RUN CITY is similar to such a "negative space". The slow walking path system is missing, the traffic routes are chaotic and disorderly, the surrounding building facades are mixed in style, and the greening coverage rate is continuously low. Although it is located at an important node in the crossroads of the city, the whole area needs to be sorted out and updated.

借助现代设计思维与方法，绿化建设和空间规划双管齐下，梳理交通动线，重整街区空间秩序，促进公共生活方式的多元展开，以“漂浮”的城市绿洲形象，全面激活街区。

With the help of modern design thinking and methods, the two-pronged approach of greening construction and spatial planning is used to sort out the traffic flow, reorganize the spatial order of the neighborhood, and promote the diversified development of public lifestyles, so as to fully activate the neighborhood with the image of a "floating" urban oasis.

基地背景

潤尚RUN CITY项目位于大连自贸片区（保税区），独特的地理位置造就了发展机遇。北靠大黑山，南面渤海湾，自然条件得天独厚西临城市功能片区，东接大连自贸片区，地处“产城交锋”处，是保税区与城市的对话窗口，区域产城融合的重要节点。

RUN CITY project is located in Dalian Free Trade Zone (FTZ), and its unique geographical location creates development opportunities. It is located in the north of Dahei Mountain and the south of Bohai Bay, with unique natural conditions; it is adjacent to the citys functional area in the west and the Dalian Free Trade Zone in the east, and is located at the "city-industry intersection", which is the window of dialogue between the Free Trade Zone and the city and an important node of regional city-industry integration.

挑战与机遇并存，项目总体规划还面临着需要屏蔽周边复杂环境的困难。整体来看，周边街道缺乏公共绿地空间。地块西侧临近东北四街，常年道路拥堵，环境嘈杂；东侧的海关围网对售楼部视线影响较大，且短期内无法拆除。多种不利因素造成项目设计难点，如何解决这些问题成为设计的重中之重。

With both challenges and opportunities, the project master plan also faces the difficulty of needing to shield the surrounding complex environment. Overall, there is a lack of public green space in the surrounding streets. The west side of the site is adjacent to Northeast 4th Street, which has a perennial road congestion and noisy environment; the customs fence on the east side has a large impact on the view of the sales department and cannot be removed in the short term. A variety of unfavorable factors caused difficulties in the project design, and how to solve these problems became the top priority of the design.

设计策略

通过多轮讨论和修改，设计团队最终决定，在场地的多重背景下进行现代设计的重新演绎，打造一个“面向未来的活力街区”。整合公共街区景观，以多功能城市绿地的形式，对周边城市街道功能配套进行重塑更新，项目内外综合提升，打造保税城市更新先导示范项目，重新激发街区活力。

Through several rounds of discussions and revisions, it was finally decided to reinterpret the modern design in the multiple contexts of the site to create a "vibrant neighborhood for the future". Integrating the public neighborhood landscape, in the form of a multifunctional urban green space, reshaping and updating the surrounding urban street functions and supporting facilities, and enhancing the project inside and outside to create a bonded urban renewal pioneer demonstration project and re-energize the neighborhood.

设计上通过延长景观动线、增加绿化等手法，弱化周边环境的影响，以泊车区、城市共享花园、艺术花园、艺术水庭串联场地，在有限的场所内释放无限的设计巧思，以区域性城市地标的形象，搭建能够与周边共享的高品质开放空间。

The design weakens the influence of the surrounding environment by extending the landscape movement line and increasing greenery, and connects the site with parking area, urban shared garden, art garden and art water garden, releasing unlimited design ingenuity in a limited place. With the image of a regional urban landmark, it builds a high-quality open space that can be shared with the surrounding area.

原海关围挡弱化处理效果

主入口整体风格简约大气，沿街立面采用虚实结合的手法，景墙与格栅的衔接穿插形成轻奢精致的城市界面。入口空间采用三进空间递进设计，旱喷长廊+内庭+社区层层递进，兼具仪式感与自然庭院感，空间层次变化丰富。

The overall style of the main entrance is simple and atmospheric, and the combination of reality and fiction is used along the street façade, with the articulation of scenic walls and grilles interspersed to form a light and exquisite urban interface. The entrance space is designed with three progressive spaces, dry spray promenade + inner courtyard + community layer by layer, with both a sense of ceremony and a sense of natural courtyard, and rich changes in spatial levels.

前置灵动的涌泉，加上造型树木点缀，极大丰富了整体的景观形态，犹如一幅惬意的山水画。

The front dynamic gushing spring, together with the modeling trees embellishment, greatly enriches the overall landscape form, just like a pleasant landscape painting.

门后用绿色龟背形植物造型，以隆起和断裂之态，折叠出绿浪，使入口场景彻底“立体化”。

Behind the door, a green turtle-back plant shape is used to fold out the green wave in the form of bulge and break, making the entrance scene completely "three-dimensional".

入得门厅，视线直通风雨连廊，树木被格栅析出虚实参半，让每次归家都充满期待。在现代都市的框架与缝隙里，树影斑驳了石材景墙，行走其间，体验如诗佳境。

When you enter the foyer, the line of sight leads to the storm corridor, where the trees are divided by the grille, making every return home full of anticipation. In the framework and gaps of the modern city, the shadows of the trees dapple the stone scenic walls, and walking between them is a poetic experience.

在街区的营造上，将城市公共空间与社区私有空间有机融合，打造城市级慢行步道。以舒适、便捷、系统化的慢行步道，拓宽街区的绿色空间。充分利用场地的原生槐树，顺应其原有的种植位置，将步道置入其中，形成一片漂浮森林意象，高低起伏的绿意呈现流动的自然美学。

In the creation of the neighborhood, urban public space and community private space are organically integrated to create urban-level slow walking trails. With comfortable, convenient and systematic slow walking trails, the green space of the neighborhood is broadened. By making full use of the native acacia trees on the site and following their original planting location, the walkway is placed into it, forming a floating forest imagery, and the undulating greenery presents a flowing natural aesthetics.

沿步道行进路线，喷装激励标语，鼓励运动的人坚持锻炼。

Along the trails route, spray-mounted motivational slogans encourage people who exercise to keep exercising.

步道串联起整个街区，将行人脚步引入街区广场。广场地面以时间线为序，铭刻保税区历史大事记，植入场地文化记忆，将大连保税区自1992年成立以来高质量发展的场地故事，转化为独特的景观语言。

The walkway connects the whole neighborhood and introduces pedestrians to the neighborhood square. The ground of the square is inscribed with the historical events of the Free Trade Zone in the order of time line and implanted with the cultural memory of the site. The story of Dalian Free Trade Zone since its establishment in 1992 is transformed into a unique landscape language.

统筹沿路空间和设施，使区域内地块有机结合、互相借用，形成有层次的空间系统，创造更加生动的城市界面。以一种“公园式社区”的街区形象，设置林下休憩、有氧健身、林荫跑道、坡地亲子等多样化功能空间，兼有传统社区的细腻精致和城市公园的林下居游感。

The space and facilities along the road are integrated, so that the blocks in the area are organically combined and borrowed from each other, forming a layered spatial system and creating a more vivid urban interface. With the image of a "park-like community", it sets up diversified functional spaces such as forest recreation, aerobic fitness, shaded runway, and slope parent-child, etc. It has the delicate and exquisite feeling of a traditional community and the sense of living in the forest of a city park.

沿廊架前行，便遇一湾小池，清澈宁静，浮光掠影。回旋式行道，结合绿植高差打造园区景观，以不同的姿态辉映着自然。

When you walk along the corridor, you will meet a small bay pond, clear and quiet, with floating light. The winding walkway, combined with the height difference of greenery to create a park landscape, reflects nature in different poses.
