「游园礼序」

华润置地旗下南通-静安府位于城市核心区位，示范区采用筑景一体式规划，以“屋里花园”为设计理念，在建筑群中按序列开设礼序前院、迎宾中庭及生活花园。层层递进，神秘而富有变化。

Jingan Mansion is located in the core area of Nantong. The demonstration area adopts an integrated planning of architecture and scenery, with the design concept of "indoor garden". 

酒店服务 | Hotel Service

中庭水院周边运用游园动线贯穿室内、架空层与室外空间，洄游于花园四周，营造泛会所式生活环，赋予迎宾、书吧、私宴、儿童活动、社区中心等多种功能，将酒店服务融入社区生活之中。

The surrounding area of the Atrium Water Courtyard uses garden lines to run through indoor, elevated floors, and outdoor spaces, migrating around the garden to create a pan clubhouse style living environment.

「仕雅幽玄」

入口处延续都市精奢的调性，将酒店的精奢感与东方仕雅的神秘感相结合，门头细节化繁为简，如折页般缓缓展开，是礼序精致，大隐于世的沉稳与安逸。

The entrance continues the tone of urban luxury, combining the luxury of the hotel with the mystery of Eastern elegance.

入口处选用巴西蓝翡翠石材，与南通的川流文化相呼应。行云流水，不加雕琢，收入万年的自然胜景。

The entrance is made of Brazilian blue jadeite stone, which echoes the Sichuan culture of Nantong. 

竹帘翠幕 | Emerald Screen

金属竹帘自然下垂于水面，细节融入中国榫卯的传统工艺，有实有虚，与景观相结合，形成朦胧而富有诗意的空间。

The metal bamboo curtain naturally hangs over the water surface, combining reality and emptiness with the landscape to create a hazy and poetic space.

竹帘立面灵感来自于竹子节节升高的形态，并融入当代精工的复杂构成结合成独特的形态。随着不同视角的变化，帘幕展现出不同程度变化的透明与朦胧感。

The inspiration for the bamboo curtain facade comes from the elevated form of bamboo knot. As different perspectives change, the curtains exhibit varying degrees of transparency and haziness.

MOISTURIZING

府中藏泽 | Waterfront in the Mansion

四方中庭，观水院之深幽，
与丛生乌桕相衬，水雾氤氲，飘渺梦幻似仙境

The deep and secluded courtyard of the four square atrium,
Set against the clumps of Chinese tallow, the mist is dense and ethereal, like a fairyland in dreams

信步于廊中，树影时晃，虚影梦幻，斜影漫漫,行走其中，眼前宛如一幅长卷被缓缓展开，仿佛游走于画中。
沉浸游园时，已入他人画。

Strolling in the corridor, swaying in the shadows of the trees, dreaming of empty shadows, and lingering oblique shadows

Walking among them, my eyes slowly unfold like a long scroll, as if wandering in a painting. When immersing oneself in the garden, one has already entered someone elses painting

围绕水庭院，分别布置着大堂接待处、泛会所式架空层、花园会客厅、水岸廊桥，突破建筑室内与室外的空间边界，相互渗透，互为依存；建筑、人、自然的物理特性边界也被打破，所望之处皆为风景。

Surrounding the water courtyard, breaking through the spatial boundaries between the interior and exterior of the building; The physical boundaries of architecture, human beings, and nature have also been broken, and all the views are landscapes.

游园流线是流动的，是模糊的，在室内外之间不停切换，强调的是一种室内外的和谐与共生。

The streamline of the garden is flowing, emphasizing a harmonious and symbiotic relationship between indoor and outdoor.

满船清梦压星河

在傍晚时分，太阳缓缓落下，银河在水下慢慢浮现眼前

In the evening, the sun slowly sets and the Milky Way slowly emerges underwater

自然飘逸的丛生乌桕后隐藏着一片静谧优雅的生活空间，

树影时晃，静谧空灵，述说光与影的故事

地形植被交错掩映，流动的水景使整个空间灵动起来

华润置地旗下南通-静安府从规划到落地由甲方牵头，建筑、景观和室内通联动完成，将酒店的空间感、生活感及价值感融入社区，营造符合名仕生活的花园人居大宅。

The planning and implementation of Nantong Jingan Mansion under China Resources Land will be led by Party A, and the integration of architecture, landscape, and indoor communication will be completed.
