A landmark beach square with local characteristics


Elio Del Nest位于曼谷快速发展的地区Bangna。由于快速城市化,班纳面临空气污染和公共绿地不足等若干环境问题。


这个可持续住宅项目提供具有景观功能的绿地,以减少城市发展、车辆排放和工业活动产生的PM 2.5。


Elio Del Nest is located in Bangna, a rapidly developing region in Bangkok. Due to rapid urbanization, Banna faces several environmental issues such as air pollution and insufficient public green space.


This sustainable residential project provides green spaces with landscape functions to reduce PM 2.5 generated by urban development, vehicle emissions, and industrial activities.

Overview of Elio Del Nest


住宅楼分为七个单元,向上堆叠,模仿山脉的形成。最终方案减少了建筑占地面积,最大限度地利用了占总面积67%的室外绿地。


The residential building is divided into seven units, stacked upwards, mimicking the formation of mountains. The resulting plan reduced the buildings floor space and maximized the use of 67% of the total outdoor green space.

As a representative of urban tropical forests, the welcoming area is covered with layers of native vegetation, enhancing the plants ability to reduce PM 2.5. The carbon absorption zone aims to reduce carbon in parking lots.

The concept of Nature Minimality represents a design concept that originates from nature. In the happy urban forest, the landscape team arranged a birds nest as a source of conceptual inspiration.

The essential character of the nest inspired the main design philosophy of the project, symbolizing sanctuary, safety and natural fertility. The design form reflects the dynamic movement of nature, thus bringing balance to soft and hard landscape spaces.

设计通过将传统住宅塔楼的方形块拉开,并将服务设施移至周边,每套公寓都有一个大型的中央生活空间,周围是由较小的独立房间和宽大的贝壳状阳台组成。


By pulling apart the square block of a conventional residential tower and moving the services to the perimeter, each apartment has a large central living space, surrounded by smaller individual rooms and wide shell-like balconies.

结合各种户外活动绿地,景观可分为氧谷、绿色远足和尖峰森林三层,以迎接居民的到来。


The green space that combines various outdoor activities is divided into three levels: oxygen valley, green hike and pinnacle forest, to welcome residents.
