济宁博观锦里 / 魏玛设计

项目地位于济宁市任城区，项目周边自然资源丰富，拥有多个城市自然公园，坐享公园城市规划板块的环境优势，由此面对千城一面的住宅市场，在设计之初，设计师就希望博观锦里大区项目能够真正地从“居住”的本质出发，探寻“人与自然”“自然与居住”的关系。因此我们把城市生活美学的追求和对设计的理解融入到该项目中，提出打造“森居社区”的理念。希望在城市里有这样一处地方，它可以让每一次归家都成为一场穿越森林、精神升华的漫游之旅。

The project is located in Rencheng District, Jining City. The project is surrounded by rich natural resources and has many urban natural parks. It enjoys the environmental advantages of the park urban planning sector. Therefore, in the face of the residential market on the front of thousands of cities, at the beginning of the design, the designer hoped that the Boguan Jinli regional project can truly explore the relationship between "people and nature" and "nature and living" from the essence of "residential". Therefore, we integrate the pursuit of urban life aesthetics and the understanding of design into the project, and put forward the concept of building a "senju community". I hope there is such a place in the city, which can make every home a roaming journey through the forest and spiritual sublimation.

本次我们结合“森林家”主题，融合城市记忆，以期打造济宁首个3万平方全龄森林有氧社区。全区围绕 “追寻自然温度·再造森林公园社区 ”为设计主旨，将整体空间分区设置为四大聚场、九大花园，且活动场地全部置于树林之下，形成五大生活场景的景观结构，针对节点的造型，没有复杂的装饰，力求设计语言简洁，而充满温情感。同时，完备的全龄化活动场地设计和人性关怀的倾注如“曲水流思”，在自然和建筑之间达到诗意的平衡，秩序的衍生，生态的存在。

Focusing on the design theme of "chasing natural temperature and rebuilding the forest park community", the whole area sets the overall space partition into four gatherings and nine gardens, and the activity venues are all under the woods, forming a landscape structure of five life scenes. For the shape of nodes, there is no complex decoration. It strives to design language concise and full of warm emotions. At the same time, the complete age-oriented activity venue design and the pouring of human care, such as "curvature and flow thinking", achieve a poetic balance between nature and architecture, the derivative of order, and the existence of ecology.

礼仪入口于浓荫之下揭开归家的序幕。空间设计以简洁大气的线条，勾勒出开场的宁静与庄重，以纯粹为“镜”，回归真实，以自然为“境”，邂逅生长。随着三季有花、四季有景的林木在两侧渐次舒展，观者一步一景，在疏影斑驳中尽享一段隽永的纯净时光，关于价值与人文的有机探寻将在此处熠熠生辉。

The entrance of etiquette opens the prologue of returning home in the thick shade. The space design outlines the tranquility and solemnity of the opening with simple and atmospheric lines, takes purity as the "mirror", returns to reality, nature as the "land", and encounters growth. As the three seasons of flowers and scenic trees gradually stretch on both sides, the viewer enjoys a meaningful and pure time step by step in the shadows, and the organic exploration of values and humanities will shine here.

一切真正的美好都归源于生活，这里，是自在舒展的心灵栖所。“万物自有节奏，风有风的自由，树有树的姿态”——「松弛感」是这个空间设计的主脉络，我们希望这里能有更多的感知与直觉。山林间，阳光洒下，一幅幅森林画卷跃入眼帘，对景景墙和朴树林相互掩映，自然与艺术糅合相生，更高精神维度的心灵触动将蔓延、共振。

All the real beauty comes from life. Here, it is a free and stretched spiritual shelter. Everything has its own rhythm, wind and wind freedom, tree posture - "dislax" is the main context of this space design, and we hope to have more perception and intuition here. In the mountains and forests, the sun shines, and forest paintings roll into sight, covering the landscape walls and simple forests. Nature and art are combined, and the spiritual touch of a higher spiritual dimension will spread and resonate.

茂密之后是开朗。毗邻景观轴线中心处恣意生长着一座“森屿花园”，它作为轴线焦点丰富空间层次与变化的同时，又作为休闲交流的邻里中心与聚会放松的林间驿站。这里有着丰富的林荫植物搭配色叶和开花植物，观者可以纵观四季之美，或一个人安静的冥想思考，或约上两三好友品茶叙旧，慢慢感受时间流淌，让更多邻里故事在此蓬勃生长。

After being dense, it is cheerful. Adjacent to the center of the landscape axis, there is a "Senyu Garden" that grows at will. It serves as the focus of the axis to enrich the spatial levels and changes. At the same time, it also serves as a neighborhood center for leisure communication and a forest post for gatherings and relaxation. There are rich shade plants with colored leaves and flowering plants. Viewers can look at the beauty of the four season.

向前漫步是半封闭式的廊架景观，透视与诗意将自然与生活叠加，构筑而成一方理想生活的试验场，流动的绿意模糊时间边界的同时又凝结浓郁深邃的场地基调，沉默如廊观，静谧如风止。

Walking forward is a semi-enclosed porch landscape. Perspective and poetry superimpose nature and life to form a test field for an ideal life. The flowing green blurs the boundaries of time while condensing a strong and profound tone of the site. It is as silent as a porch, and quiet as quiet as the wind.

每个人心中都有一个渴望冒险的梦，生活就是一座森林，每个人就如同林中的一只小蜜蜂，在隐秘生机的森林里穿行。在儿童乐园空间设计中我们放弃使用鲜艳的糖果色，而是把阳光的活力色带入场地，将蜂巢放置在林间，自由徜徉，为孩童们插上想象力的翅膀，去实现一个个森林探险梦。

Everyone has a dream of adventurousness in their hearts. Life is a forest, and everyone is like a little bee in the forest, walking through the secret and vivid forest. In the space design of the childrens park, we abandoned the use of bright candy colors, but brought the vibrant colors of the sun into the venue, placed the hive in the forest, wandered freely, and planted the wings of imagination for children to realize forest adventure dreams one by one.

在儿童活动场地我们点植树景，丰富的园路连接起不同的活动场地，形成起承转合的具有向心力和聚合式的空间场所，利用植物的枝条柔化场地边角，让时间带给乐园更多惊喜与想象。在静谧的空间氛围下，光影的变幻承载了时间的流转，给日常以诗意。

In the childrens activity venue, we plant trees, and the rich garden road connects different activity sites, forming a space with centripetal force and aggregation. The branches of plants are used to soften the corners of the venue, so that time can bring more surprises and imagination to the park. In a quiet space atmosphere, the changes of light and shadow carry the flow of time and give poetry to daily life.

优雅花径曲折，延伸至家的入口。大气沉稳的色调，铺排出一首宁静而大气的诗，简洁洗练的线条将硬质空间消弭，在自然时光中，以宽敞舒适的入户体验镌刻生活的艺术。

The elegant flowers are tortuous and extend to the entrance of the home. The atmospheric and calm tone lays out a quiet and atmospheric poem. The concise and washed lines eliminate the hard space. In natural time, you can experience the art of engraving life with a spacious and comfortable home.

在如今高速发展瞬息万变的世界中，不断充斥着诸多庞杂的信息、符号、喧哗与未知，我们想打造一处隐匿森林的“自然社区”，它将融入建筑、融入周围的环境，拒绝信息、功能的设定，提供纯粹而静谧的空间。随着时间的流逝，你会愈加发现这处“林下隽永”正使空间本身承载起交流，承载起相互予求，专注且充实。

In todays rapidly changing world, it is constantly full of complicated information, symbols, noise and unknowns. We want to create a "natural community" that hides forests. It will integrate into buildings and the surrounding environment, reject the setting of information and functions, provide pure and quiet space, so that the space can carry communication, carry mutual demands, focus and enrichment.
