The jumping fish sculptures at the entrance welcome guests while enhancing the ceremonial feel of the main entrance. The bright and concise geometric lines represent the overall landscape style of the community.

连接河道的中央会所空间
Central clubhouse space connecting urban waterways

项目紧邻城市河道，设计试图通过中央会所区域连接河流与住宅项目，形成与城市相呼应的统一整体空间。

The project is adjacent to the urban river channel, and the design attempts to connect the river with the residential project through the central clubhouse area, forming a unified space as a whole.

公园区域占地1英亩，除了泳池外还有草坪及休息区域，轻盈的围栏区分了内外边界，居民可以通过围栏选眺对面河道。

The park area covers an area of 1 acre, with lawns and rest areas in addition to the swimming pool. The lightweight fence distinguishes the inner and outer boundaries, allowing residents to view the river through the fence.

阶梯上的松树代表了北欧的场所精神，与整体结构及简洁植物等景观元素一起，让居民直观感受北欧生活的氛围感。

The pine trees on the stairs represent the Nordic spirit, along with the overall structure and concise plant landscape elements, allowing residents to feel the atmosphere of Nordic.
