The Changzhou Vanke Chaoqi East Project, is located in the core residential area of Dongfang New City and a key commercial tourism development area，is adjacent to the citys main roads and riverside green belts, with a strong residential atmosphere and unique geographical advantages. In this modern metropolis, how to find a balance between the city and nature, work and life, and create an urban ecological community to meet the needs of the new generation of high-quality residential owners for the living environment has become the starting point of project design and construction.

项目以多维的空间设计为中心，将自然元素带入整体主调性，以现代简约的设计手法与匠心精致的营造细节相融合，以“贪玩的角落”亲子互动区，“青年秀场”运动活力空间，“漫生活剧场”长辈活动区，“岛屿会客厅”友邻聚场为节点，打造尊贵的都市品质感以及生态绿化氛围，让闲适重回生活，创造理想的滨水人居环境。

The project revolves around a multi-dimensional spatial design, incorporating natural elements into the overall theme, combining modern and minimalist design techniques with exquisite details to create a noble sense of urban quality and ecological greening atmosphere,the nodes include the "Playful corner" parent-child interaction area, the "Youth show" sports vitality space, the "Man Life Theater" senior activity area, and the "Island Reception Hall" neighborhood gathering area, allowing leisure to return to life and create an ideal waterfront living environment.

Home is a harbor for everyones physical and mental relaxation. Changzhou Vanke Chaoqi East adopts a modernist style as the keynote, and the entrance uses a simple and block like form, paired with metal lines and customized light strips, to present a hotel style luxurious texture with exquisite craftsmanship. The overall steel structure of the gate is tight, with a relatively light and stable self weight structure, paired with cold colored materials, creating a high-end and atmospheric spatial atmosphere.

入口小广场铺装设计使用简洁舒展的几何线条，延伸至对景式logo景墙花园，由几何式的浅色景墙搭配高大的观赏乔木及组团植物，增强区域空间感。同时通行处阵列式种植对称的落叶乔木，营造仪式感。

The paving design of the entrance square uses simple and stretchy geometric lines, extending to the landscape style logo wall garden. The geometric light colored wall is paired with tall ornamental trees and group plants to enhance the sense of regional space. Simultaneously planting symmetrical deciduous trees in an array pattern creates a sense of ceremony.

不同色彩的铺装，精密的石材对缝效果，无明显色差，不同的铺装交界处对缝，同时拼缝宽窄一致、顺直，在弧形铺装处采用水刀切割弧形板，弧线流畅。加上圆滑自然的转角收边处理，无处不展现施工团队超强的工艺水平。

At the same time, the width of the joints is consistent and straight. 进入中心大草坪区，“多维度”氧气森林剧场为人们带来了多样的生活休闲空间。精致的钢结构金属廊架，细节处理彰显轻盈。现代简约式的几何空间设计，每一处金属线条及收边都展现出了工艺的用心与匠心。同时也为业主开辟出一处，可以与家人邻里相伴的休闲区域，感受这平凡中的幸福生活。

木平台与草坪空间巧妙融合，整个场地平整度很好，基层采用沟槽导水，不起鼓不积污，为业主休憩、邻里交谈、接待访友打造一方自然天地。草坪下排布盲管，雨水可以有效排放，满足露天影院、露营、亲子等多重功能。

由彩色透水混凝土组成的环绕社区的健康慢跑道，运用特殊工艺达到防泛碱、防开裂的效果，为业主提供了尽情唤醒身体，享受运动乐趣的场所。在慢跑的过程中，穿越社区花园、林中夹道，绿植环绕之中迎接清新的气息。

流畅的人行道路，在多个缓坡及植物的掩映之间宛然延伸，引导业主走向归家之旅。入户景墙上金属线条细节精巧，植被空间形成港湾式尺度，营造归家仪式感。

The smooth pedestrian road extends between multiple gentle slopes and the interplay of plants, guiding homeowners towards their homecoming journey. The metal lines on the entrance wall are exquisitely detailed, and the vegetation space forms a harbor like scale, creating a sense of returning home ceremony.

人们漫步至林下空间，简洁的铺装与可以移动的设施相结合，降低成本及落地周期的同时，也有效软化了大面积的消防登高面带来的硬质感，将度假休闲感传递进社区，让慢生活体验融入社区。
