立境

紫气东来，海韵诗画

地龙河穿境而过，缘起阵阵“水韵”——形成错落高台烟水之景：潺潺水声，姿态各异的松树，迎接着来访的人们，编织出一幅惬意的“诗画”——尽享轻奢雅庭诗画生活。

龙河之畔 悦而潺潺，婉如一条透明的丝带，温柔而细腻。聚和之岸，达而慢漫，让我们暂时忘却生活的烦恼。国色悦新，水韵达城，迎面而来的是清新宜人的微风，让人倍感舒适和安逸。

以“五渎归海”为灵感，结合水的形态、运用曲线、圆等元素进行环境整体打造。同时设置小型的涌泉和跌水，使其呈现出水的流动与涌动之美。通过沉浸式场景的营造，以“海洋”为主题，打造海边度假氛围的艺术化归家场景。以“水韵”为游线，让地龙河成果纽带，形成“海玥滨水生活馆”、“森屿海”MINI公园、“海玥府”高品质住区三大功能场所。

入口界面以海洋自然形态为灵感，蜿蜒曲折的铺装流线、错落高台叠水与树池水景排列结合，营造出层层海浪的意境，一株孤植，一清泉，与白色建筑背景互相映衬，展示着最简单的自然语言。

The entrance interface is inspired by the natural form of the ocean. The meandering pavement flow lines, scattered high platforms and overlapping water are combined with the water scenery of the tree pool, creating the artistic conception of layers of waves. A solitary plant and a clear spring are set off against the white architectural background, demonstrating the simplest natural language

在地龙河畔，我们在未来计划沿着蜿蜒曲折的岸线打造的mini公园，以海洋为主题设置多个功能空间，在中心区域设置了饱含射阳海韵文化的景观特色桥。其设计灵感来源于“海贝吐珠”，它贝壳状的外形展现出了生命的张力和海洋文化的宽广博大。

MINI Park, built along the winding coastline, sets up multiple functional Spaces with the theme of the ocean, and sets up a landscape characteristic bridge full of Sheyang Haiyun culture in the central area. Its design inspiration comes from the "sea shell spitting beads", and its shell-like shape shows the tension of life and the broad and extensive Marine culture

MINI公园的场域充满着海韵的生机，在未来”海玥之芯”特色景观桥将打造成为当地最为特色的公共社区公园，凭借其独特的主题空间和景观情境，唤起人们关于海韵诗意蓝色故事的想象。

The field of MINI Park is full of the vitality of Haiyun. In the future, the landscape Bridge will become the most distinctive public community park in the local area, evoking peoples imagination about the poetic blue story of Haiyun with its unique theme space and landscape situation.

社区内部，设计从氛围情绪出发，在时间的切片中寻觅得自然的呼应。廊架内金属格栅与竖向植物的序列搭配，似乎严丝合缝地融合了建筑与景观搭配的极度舒适。

Within the community, the design starts from the atmosphere and mood, and finds a natural echo in the slice of time. The combination of metal grating and vertical plants in the gallery seems to perfectly integrate the extreme comfort of architecture and landscape.

宽大的延展面、轻奢的风格、高级的深香槟金色、精致的金属地雕、灵动的迎宾水景、海韵感十足的群鱼雕塑和人车分流的人性设计，彰显出小区的尊贵感和品质感。

The wide extended surface, light luxury style, advanced deep champagne gold, exquisite metal floor carving, smart welcome water feature, sea rhyme full of fish sculpture and human design of people and vehicles highlight the noble sense and quality of the community.

穿过户外会客厅，便可漫步于西侧的风雨回廊中。回廊正中间是方正的下沉庭院，通过简洁现代的钢楼梯徐徐而下，便来到了下沉庭院空间，这里能感受到阳光通过方庭射下来的温暖感，能感受到精致小水景带来的雅致感。

Through the outdoor meeting room, you can stroll in the wind and rain corridor on the west side. In the middle of the corridor is the square sunken courtyard. Through the simple and modern steel stairs, you will come to the sunken courtyard space, where you can feel the warmth of the sunlight pouring down through the courtyard, and you can feel the elegant sense brought by the delicate water feature. 

生态即以软景为生命底色，向大自然学习和亲近。绿洲的植物语言，通过一丛阔叶乔木，一处林下绿荫空间等一系列自然的方式，让身处其间的人通过这些绿色感官连接自然与身心。

Ecology is to take the soft landscape as the background color of life, to learn and get close to nature. The plant language of oasis, through a series of natural ways such as a cluster of broad-leaved trees, a shady space under the forest, allows people to connect nature with body and mind through these green senses.
