The project design cleverly combines multiple elements, including roofs, facades, walls, diagonal cantilevers and furniture elements, all of which adopt modern design concepts to create a commercial space that blends nature and modernity. You can enjoy a unique, all-round sensory experience here.

The building is designed with a north-south orientation, retaining the existing greenery of the rear garden. This design approach aims to extend the spatial experience by creating a wind tunnel that connects two giant trees at either end. However, this situation poses a challenge to optimize multi-story commercial spaces without sacrificing any greenery.

Without destroying the greenery, the design cleverly integrates structural elements into the space planning, making the transition from the front garden to the commercial area natural and smooth. Through the diagonal layout, the designers created a convenient loop for three tenants with different functions, a restaurant on the ground floor, a bar on the mezzanine and a beer garden on the rooftop. The entire design cleverly integrates various spatial experiences and features, making the entire environment both harmonious and unified.
