项目基地位于河南省郑州市金水区，东临东风渠，至中州大道，西至京广快速路，北至连霍高速。拥有便捷通达的交通网络，周边配套丰富。集合行政、商业、教育、交通、产业景观等资源优势，是郑州的发展核心区域。

The project base is located in jinshui district, zhengzhou city, henan province. It is adjacent to dongfengqu in the east, zhongzhou avenue in the west, jingguang expressway in the west and lianhuo expressway in the north. It has convenient and accessible transportation network, and the surrounding facilities are rich in administrative, business, education, transportation, industrial landscape and other resources.

「星空心愿」是一种过去到未来美好生活环境的憧憬和愿望 。设计上结合一系列想象，延伸出以「星空心愿」为主题的「星河、星光、星辰、星月、星境」多重景观空间，来表达对美好生活的向往心境。

设计上也用了现代的手法结合传统园林中「障景、对景、框景、漏景」景观节奏，同时结合深色、浅色的对比来表达过去和未来的一种新旧变化的蜕变，也代表着郑州的居住区大环境，由过去的纯粹生活区过渡到艺术参与区的美好跨度。

精神堡垒以高低错落的「星辰」组合排布增添细节，开敞式的入口景观，通过规整序列的景观大道和人性化的人车分流逐渐进入另一个空间氛围，在星光闪烁里，卸下喧嚣疲惫。
